Custom Foam Signs

Printed vinyl applied to lightweight 1/2-inch white foam board, contour-cut to your design. Choose one or two printed sides. Enter the full outer width and height, including the cut shape. Made for indoor use; keep dry and protect the edges.

Prepare your artwork

Your file. Your finish.

Just like custom-shaped stickers, foam signs require a separate vector contour-cut path. Include it for every design, even squares and rectangles. Supply print artwork at the ordered size with fonts outlined. We’ll review thin parts, small details and the cut path before production.

Customize it with your artwork

Choose your product options first, then use the matching production template when one is provided. After checkout, upload your artwork from your order page and choose whether it can go straight to print or needs a designer to review the proof.

  1. Choose the exact size and style. The download area updates to match your selection.
  2. Design inside the template. Keep the artboard and guide layers in place, extend backgrounds through the bleed, and keep logos and text inside the safety line.
  3. Export a print-ready file. PDF is preferred. Use CMYK color, outline or embed fonts, and supply raster artwork at 150 PPI or higher at final size.
  4. Upload after payment. Your order page checks the file and shows the next proofing step before production.

This product does not use a separate fixed-shape template. Create one page for each printed side at the exact ordered dimensions. Keep important text and logos at least 0.25 in from cut, seam, or hardware areas; we will confirm the production layout after upload.
