Stickerz / From file to finished sticker

Ready for the cut.

A simple artwork guide for custom stickers and sticker sheets.

1 / Build at the finished size

Work in inches at the size you order. Vector PDF is preferred. For raster artwork, aim for 300 pixels per inch at the final print size. Avoid screenshots.

2 / Give the cut room

Extend background artwork beyond the cut line and keep important text inside it. Start with ⅛ inch of bleed and ⅛ inch of inner safety space. Final margins are confirmed in your proof.

3 / Keep cut paths separate

Use a clean, closed vector path on a separate layer named Cut line. Remove duplicate paths, tiny notches and stray points. Keep this outline editable.

4 / Prepare sheets and specialty finishes

For sheets, choose 4 × 6 or 8.5 × 11 inches and five through nine stickers. Give each sticker its own cut path. For metallic, glow or raised effects, identify the effect areas on clearly named layers.

5 / Check before production

Embed linked images and outline fonts or include them in the PDF. Check spelling, dimensions, border, cut shape and finish placement in your proof.
